Job Description
Foreman required for retail refurbishment project in the Liverpool area on nights. The Foreman will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Foreman with previous experience building offices, schools, hospitals, commercial and retail units would be a major advantage. The Foreman duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork. The Foreman role will be predominately working on nights.
